A Step-by-Step online registration guide to becoming an Ellenbrook United F.C. Member

Welcome to MyFooballClub Registration at Ellenbrook United F.C.

As of season 2012 club registrations are now conducted online. This is something that is happening with clubs nationally. It is important that correct contact information is recorded on your registration form especially e-mail addresses that are frequently used as the majority of club and FFA information will be delivered via e-mail and e-newsletters.

Common question! What is an FFA number?

All players, general members and club staffers registered to a football club affiliated with the FFA (The national football body) in Australia are required to have an FFA#. This is a form of member ID that is recognized Nationally and Internationally.
You must have an FFA# to register with any club Australia wide. Players that have played for Ellenbrook United or any other club will already have an FFA#. New players to the game in Australia will need to obtain one. This is easy and takes a few minutes on line. Most people won’t know their number or may not know their passwords as in the past a club would complete the registration by entering details from the traditional methods of registration. For new or renewed members please follow the steps below to access or create an FFA#.

Step1

Go to www.myfootballclub.com.au

Retrieving a Password/Creating an Account

1. Select “Register”
2. Select “Player Registration”.
3. You will be given two options which will allow you to find your FFA number, retrieve a password and enter the system.

(If you have played for a football club in the last 12 months you should have an FFA#)

   • If you can find your number, click on your name and proceed to the login screen. You will need to generate a password using your email address.

     • If your email address does not match with data in MyFootballClub – Contact FFA support on (02) 8020 4199 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to update your email and log into the system.
   • If you can’t find your FFA number- Don’t Panic! Follow the links to creating a new account. Or follow this link here: https://live.myfootballclub.com.au/Signup/FFAMemberSignup.aspx?StartAt=Waivers
   • This will allow you to generate a new number and password. These details will be emailed to you immediately and you will be able to login from there.

Selecting Our Club

1. When you log in for the first time click “Make a Registration Now”.
2. View and update your contact details (if necessary)
3. Type in our Club name which is Ellenbrook United F.C.
4.  Under Select Role: choose “Player”.
5. Select Level Note you must select the age group that you are or you are turning in 2012. The age groups go by calendar year, not to be confused with school age placement.

   • Example. If your birth date is 31 December 2004 your age group will be the 8 years old group as that is the age you are turning in 2012.
   • Similarly if your birth date is 1 January 2004 your age group will be the 8 year old group as you have turned 8 in the year 2012.
   • The age group selection on the registration process does not put you in an age group squad; this is simply a club membership registration process. You may have been selected at a team trial to play in a squad outside of your age group it is irrelevant to the registration as teams are then placed by registered players.
   • NOTE: 12’s and up need to make sure they select their appropriate age group and gender (eg. 12 Boys or 12 Girls) .
6. Click Add.
7. Click Next.

Acknowledging Terms and Conditions

• Read and acknowledge all Terms and Conditions and Click Next.

Payment Options Screen

• You will be given the option to Pay Now or Invoice Me.
• You will be sent an invoice via email, whether you pay online or not.
  • Pay Now enables you to pay online via secure Credit card transactions
  • Invoice Me enables an invoice to be generated that you then pay later. Invoice payment allows up to 14 days only to have payments submitted in full.

• Note: A player is only registered with Ellenbrook United F.C. when membership is paid in full and club has accepted the application (notification of this action will be e-mailed to player).

• Priority will be given to fully paid applicant

• Invoice only applications have 14 days to be fully paid as after 14 days the application will be rejected. You would need to reapply after 14 days.

• EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT ON REGISTRATIONS – Only until the end of February!

Register and Pay your member application on line in February and receive a discount of $20.00 on your application.*
Discount offered on all registrations per player.

IMPORTANT: When registering online select “purchase additional items” and select “early bird special”

You will have the Opportunity to Purchase additional items

• Range of club merchandise and extra socks, shorts etc.
• Early Bird Special and discounts located in the “Purchase Additional Items” button.

Answer Additional Questions

• Save All Answers and Click Next.

Make sure you select the socks and shorts sizes you require

Your Registration is Now Complete

• You are now pending awaiting approval or pending awaiting payment. The Club Registrar will now complete the final step of accepting your registration.  We will contact you directly to advise the next steps.
