PRESIDENT

• Oversee the operation of the club.

• Represent Ellenbrook United and its members

• Chair all committee meetings and ensure the integrity of the club structure and

direction of the club as planned by the committee and members.

• Ensure the running of the club is in accordance to the constitution and all decisions

made are in the best interest of Ellenbrook United F.C. and its members.

• With the treasurer, ensure the club is operating financially and club expenses are

benefiting club members.

• Votes on motions and proposals submitted to executive committee

VICE PRESIDENT

• In conjunction with the President to oversee the operation of the club and assist in

the roles and responsibility of Club President

• In the absence of club president take up the role and responsibility of President

• Votes on motions and proposals submitted to executive committee

SECRETARY

• Responsible for the schedule and organising of committee and club meetings

• Responsible for the accurate minuting and distribution of Committee Meeting

Minutes within two weeks of the committee meeting.

• Responsible for the inbound and outbound club communication

• Is the primary contact point for communications with other clubs and affiliates

• Votes on motions and proposals submitted to executive committee

TREASURER

• Responsible for day to day financial transactions of the club incoming and outgoing

expenses

• Responsible for club accounting

• Reporting back to committee and club members the financial position of the club

• General financial control of club finance and assets

• Ensure club expenses are in accordance with the constitution

• Ensuring membership dues are paid

• Votes on motions and proposals submitted to executive committee
