Parent/Guardian Agreement
Welcome to our club! We are thrilled to have your child and your family join us for the upcoming season. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, please review this agreement before completing your registration.
Payment of registration fees confirms acceptance of this agreement and the EUFC Code of Conduct.
1. Our Mission: Safe, Welcoming, Fun & Player-Focused
Our club is a community-focused club dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment where every child feels supported. While keeping the sport fun and engaging is at the heart of what we do, we are also passionate about developing confident, skilled, and capable footballers.
2. Respecting Our Volunteers
Our club is 100% run by volunteers. Our committee members, coaches, team managers, referees, and operational helpers donate their time, effort, and energy to make football possible for your children.
-
Respect is non-negotiable. We expect all parents and guardians to treat committee members, coaches, managers, referees, opposition teams, and fellow volunteers with kindness, courtesy, and respect at all times.
-
Positive support from the sidelines is encouraged; verbal abuse, aggressive behaviour, or questioning official decisions will not be tolerated.
3. Game Day Operations – Every Family’s Commitment
Because we are completely volunteer-run, we rely on every family to contribute to game day operations.
-
Expectation: Assisting with team duties is an expectation of every family registered with our club.
-
Duties may include:
-
Setting up or packing down goals, nets, and corner flags
-
Acting as a linesperson or game leader
-
Fruit/snack duty for half-time
-
Ground marshal duties
-
Other ad hoc duties as required
-
-
A roster will be shared by your team manager. If you are unable to fulfill your scheduled duty, it is your responsibility to swap with another parent.
-
Game day operational duties are a standard expectation for all families to keep weekly matches running. The $100 volunteer levy is separate, designed to encourage deeper involvement in off-field club operations.
4. Player safety
While we do everything possible to provide a safe environment, parents remain responsible for their own child’s personal supervision and must stay present at all games and training sessions.
